I want you to know how impressed I am with your video and related student materials showing children how to approach dogs properly and avoid bites.

I have personally viewed the film "A Safe and Humane Approach to Dog Behavior" with my three children (ages 8 - 15) and they clearly could tell me the "do's" and "don'ts" after one viewing.

In the fall I will circulate these materials among the teachers and urge their showing it with their students. The video and materials are definitely appropriate. They have been needed for a long time and now you have provided a solution.
