My staff and I have reviewed your proposal of obedience training for dogs and owners. I found it to be very interesting and with excellent merit. My staff feels that it is a presentable program that will meet the needs of all dog owners.

I was pleasantly surprised by the reception received when I presented tne proposal to other professionals and dog owners. People in general were very receptive to the potential reduction of vicious dog attacks on people and other animals. They felt your proposal was insightful and of great value to anyone who owned a dog.

Because of budget constraints, my Department is unable to provide financial assistance, but feel free to refer to us as supporters of this excellent proposal. We are willing to assist in anyway that will help implement this program in Sonoma County.
